↬ ZARYA.
To say that Sombra was surprised to see Aleksandra Zaryanova was a lie. There was no word for what she felt in the instant she first laid eyes on the imposing Russian woman-- except for Schadenfreude. Oh, certainly, they had parted last on slightly less hostile terms than how they met, but the sheer coincidence, the sheer absurdity of it all had the hacker laughing aloud out of some unquantifiable emotion that bubbled to the surface. One after the other, she was running into people from her home universe. Doomfist himself could show up now, and Sombra would only laugh louder. Perhaps her pool of influence may grow yet.
This drop in the pool was possibly the most opportune that could have fallen into her path. Lips curled into a particularly smug grin, the woman had to keep from making it too obvious how pleased she was that the other had also been dragged here against her will. Like a cat closing in on a (much larger) mouse, Sombra slipped from her perch on a balcony overlooking the street, and right down near her target. Perhaps if she was lucky, the hacker would find out just how Zarya came to know her real name.
❝ Look who we have here. I thought you were going back home, Seargeant Zaryanova? ❞
