The Ouragan sisters live in a house that has been split according to their powers and personalities.
Outside the house, the sisters communicate the forecast to the people of Zavoti via symbols. They mostly keep to the forecast, if their moods allow.
I've had all my Peynter Legacy posts queued up but I'm still playing my other worlds too. I've been moving some sims around the worlds to get the "just right" amount of sims on Zavoti, Fernbray, and New Pleasantview.
I haven't posted Zavoti for a while - so, for anyone curious, it is an edited version of Sunlit Tides I did using CAW. I added a bunch of land in the middle, decorations, and a lot of ocean lots. Populated the world with a bunch of sims and lots I made over the years in other worlds such as Portblythe and Anju Falls (mostly pre-2015 so from when I was still at uni!)
Koko's side of the house is decorated in cool but colourful tones, with plenty of glass roofing to carry the sound of the rain.
Koko and Kala's familiars, Subzero and Pinbacker, squabble just as much as the sisters, but also ultimately cherish eachother.
Kala's side of the house is bathed in golden tones like sunlight, and full of flowers that can only thrive with a healthy balance of sun and water. It's also smaller than Koko's side of the house, as Kala prefers to spend more of her time outside amongst the plants and people of Zavoti.

I ported all the sims out, edited them on Builders Island, and ported them all back in. I've overhauled my CC in the past couple years so it was necessary! There's a lot of sims and lots here though, it's by far the biggest world that I play.
Who is responsible for the impending storm? None other than Koko Ouragan, one of the two benevolent and immortal sisters responsible for weather patterns on the island of Zavoti.
Koko is responsible for the rainfall and cool breezes in Zavoti. Her sister, Kala, is responsible for the sunny days.
It is the balance of their moods and powers that lead to the lush greenery of the island.
