I found a way to mimic the celluloid imperfection, and tested it with an old Zone cop girl AU art.

I also tried it with an old filter(blurry, net and DVD rip-like) I made. Its an old art I initially line traditionally for authenticity. All other iterations + old versions in the comments below

Old VHS filter with the old layer cel

I used to render with an old Photoshop grainy filter with a self-made RVB aberration made in After Effects, but... I could never control the colors after rendering.

Additionally, the AE filter was so heavy it would have been difficult to render a full clip with motion VFX with it. That's why I splitted my self-made filter and switched to NTSC-RS instead.
