OH DUH. god, I've been wondering why my joints have all gone to shit at once like. MAYBE you just traveled to somewhere where the humidity is like 80-90%. MAYBE you forgot how much your body doesn't like weather changes. so I should be fine in a few days. good.

i have seven new meds this month. not seven meds, just seven NEW ones. and thats not counting the stuff we just changed dosages on and stuff.

OH! was looking at stuff about low bp and it looks like that (the POTS/chronically low bp) might be why, or at least part of why I'm so prone to heatstroke. huh.

oh yeah also I bought a self-test blood pressure monitor yesterday when I was feeling super shitty and sure enough v low bp with normal-high resting heart rate. will keep testing with it to see what kinds of results I get but it was really easy to use and seems about accurate since it showed lower than what my avg. doctor's reading is when I tested during what was clearly a low bp episode
