Hi Kadi! I'm a big fan of Blindsprings and I was wondering, how do your characters seem so realistic? Do you base them off of people you know? By the way, thanks for making such an awesome comic! I really love the story and the world it takes place in.
I really appreciate that you think my characters are realistic! Writing is definitely my weakest link, though it has definitely become much better than when I first started Blindsprings. I guess the only thing I do with characters is I have their internal thought processes (like what they desire/what their biases are/what they need) in mind when I write? I still have a ways to go before I feel comfortable writing, I’m really just looking to be less vague than I used to be, and to be clear about what is going on while still holding a lot of mysteries back.
