it only took me a year of postponing this, but i finally drew what king zeid, irene's father, looks like!

i couldnt care less of how he looked like in the past, but after some exploration, zeid now has a lot more significance to the story and his daughter's development. theres a lot more complex designs i want to explore for some characters i have in mind, which i hope will be appropriate such as the galian order's leader, and this is the start of one of them.

im also trying my best to practice pre-production workflows by starting with in- depth character design for the irene and isaac comic ive postponed for so long 👁👄👁

I re-designed Zeid a little~ A little bit about Zeid: He is really stern and serious for his age. He comes off as cold sometimes. He is a pianist and plays piano almost all the time. He likes spending time with both parents (In this AU, Star and Tom are not together anymore, but they're still good friends!) But he enjoys Mewni a little more when he's visiting Star. Also don't take Zeid's words to heart, he talks without thinking, I promise he means well and is nice once you get to know him ❤
