LN fanfic - part 1
Zelea had quite a lot on her plate. First she had barely escaped from Skwara’s headquarters, and now she was being informed of a mysterious ship that only appears once a year. Her troops had been sent to scour the premises, but found most of the occupants dead. Zelea herself then went to check it out, finding a small girl, about the size of a doll, sitting on the shore, or the top of the boat. She was wearing a yellow raincoat and had brown hair, brown eyes, and big lips. She appeared as a young child. Zelea ordered for her to be taken into the rehabilitation center, for she looked ill and malnourished. The squad moved into the ship, looking for others. They found twin brothers that appeared to be the chefs for this place. They were short compared to Zelea’s team, but much bigger than the girl outside the ship. One of the members of the team, Maddie, had found a dead woman, presumably in her 30’s, Lying on the ground in a dark room, deep in this woman’s assumed quarters. There were mannequins everywhere throughout these rooms, both dressed and undressed, and the atmosphere was quite odd. Maddie explored the woman’s bedroom, and the stairwell. There were old photos that Maddie knew couldn’t go to waste, so she walkie talkied Zelea. “Hey, Zelea? There are some neat items we should try to salvage from this place. Lots of old mysterious photos.” Maddie heard a static, but no comment. A sign that Zelea had heard but could not answer at the time. This was because Zelea had found a short man, with a large head, and a messed up face nearly bleeding to death on the lower levels of the ship. Zelea did whatever she could to save him, and called for medics ASAP. Sooner or later, two squad nurses came and bandaged him. It seemed he had his arms cut off, and with a bit of searching through what appeared to be the man’s lair, found the arms. The nurses took the man and his arms to the upper levels and out of the ship, and sent him to the army hospital immediately. Zelea noticed more things about this man, and realized he was most likely autistic. She made a mental note to tell Willow about him. They seemed to have a lot in common, from dolls, to special interests and music. The man was also pretty handsome, even with a disfigured face. The hospital would fix his face, considering the severe skin problem he had. Zelea journeyed deeper into the large underwater structure, and found what looked like a prison. The odd thing was, there was a nursery and empty children’s rooms, but no children. She had gotten a radio message from Bianca, who was in the kitchen, making her way through the guest area. “I think there might have been some acts of cannibalism here,” Bianca stated warily. Zelea froze. After connecting the dots, she realized they could’ve been using children like the little girl for meat. She hoped the children had escaped, and not been killed for food. Zelea noticed the ship went even deeper than the prison, but felt to sick to continue. She told her best men to scour the area while Zelea anchored the ship to solid land, so it couldn’t disappear like it usually does. After two hours, the squad had retrieved all of the inhabitants and done background checks and research on this place. The next day, Zelea had noticed Willow rushing through the hospital, muttering. Turns out, Bianca had set up cameras through the entire ship during the little girl’s journey, and Willow had been one of the first to watch the tapes. She had fallen in love with the man, something Willow has rarely ever felt before. She sprinted, surpassing most of the others due to her tall legs and slim physique, peering through the hospital rooms. “Where is he? Where is the jan? What room, what room?” She questioned frantically. Zelea speed walked to Willow, and tapped her on the shoulder. “Room 323, Willow. The janitor is in room 323.” Zelea said. Willow smiled and hugged Zelea. “Thank you. Thank you Zelea, for saving him,” Willow gratefully exclaimed. She found the room and rushed in.
