“Zelos!! Over here!”
Amongst the sunset and the flashing lights of the park rides along the boardwalk, Lloyd stood at the entrance waiting for Zelos to meet him there; and as soon as he saw that familiar flash of red hair, his hand raised to wave him down with an eager grin. It was a much more casual setting than Lloyd was used to, dressed in only his black sleeveless shirt with neither of his swords in sight; but there was no need to dress for battle when the evening was meant to have fun with someone he cared for deeply. And though they’d already been on a couple of dates, the brunette’s heart was still racing; fluttering as if it had still been their very first.
“Isn’t this place great?! There’s so much to do, and so much good food to eat! I don’t even know where to get started!” once the other neared, Lloyd’s hand slipped right into Zelos’, as if returning to the place where it rightfully belonged. “What about you? You wanna do anything in particular?”
