Do you know any good free programs to read or scans with?
I don’t use a program when reading manga as image files myself, but if you’d prefer to do so I could recommend ComicRack. It’s free, and you can open the .rar file directly and it should display it like it would any .cbr or .cbz file.
5 Things I Like About Myself
I try to look for the positive things in life.
I'm a narcissistic fuck (no seriously I'm fucking awesome).
I look at things from a mechanical perspective and enjoy the simple things that makes stuff move.
Since working with Pepakura, I am convinced I can make any prop ever, given enough time and materials.
I am humble about things I don't know (i.e. all the important things in life)
no seriously I'm fucking fantastic
I'm great in bed NOT EVEN TRUE BUT WHO CARES~
I can always make myself laugh by thinking about something funny (stupid)
I acknowledge that my taste does not coincide with everyone else's and try my best not to push my giant robots unto other people
I came up with more than five things
whenever someone asks "tell me something about you" I respond with "FOOL. YOU KNOW NOT WHAT YOU WROUGHT" and then never let them leave
Why do you love Bionicle?
Ohh boy, now that I think about it, this is actually pretty tough to answer. I know how I got hooked onto it, but as to why I still love it…
Mostly because it was a big part of my childhood as well as my brothers’. It was something we all talked about the most in-depth (and still do now). At first I was in it for the action only, but then I grew emotionally attached to the characters. Being an unsympathetic little kid at the time, that says a lot. I loved to read the novels and watch the movies because it all took place in a world that was so different and original. There were no humans or anything human-related (and that’s another thing I liked), but somehow it felt natural to see elemental biomechanical beings living on a tropical island.
And when I fell out of it in 2006, it was the memories of the story and the music from the movies that brought me back in 2011. I decided to reread the novels that I haven’t picked up since the third grade. The nostalgia factor plus the additional things I didn’t pick up on back then made me love the story even more.
tl;dr Pretty much the characters, the story, and the setting are the main things I love the most about bionicle, as well as the good childhood memories.
