Omg you guys I forgot to post the socks i finished last week! I love them so much! The pattern was shockingly easy, too! I adapted it to change the cuff ribbing and didn't carry the pattern down the foot as called for. The biggest thing was realizing why I end up with small holes on the first round of the gusset and fixing that issue (basically I needed to do an extra-extra pick up stitch). Anyway, I'm absolutely thrilled with these.

Pretty sure I injured my rotator cuff (I'll know for certain this afternoon after a Drs appt) through a combination of knitting 2 pairs of socks a week, spinning on drop spindle for multiple hours a day, and training deadlift with a switch grip

Which is so fucking on brand for me honestly

That said I've never been so relieved my doctor is also a nonbinary knitter. Thank god I don't have to explain my refusal to pick a lane between "cozy crafter" and "sports gay" to them. They get it 😂

Also even tho my shoulder hurts like a bitch it's still better than this time last year when I saw my doctor every week for the entire month of July bc I had horrible horrible pneumonia. Like. Yes, my shoulder is so mad rn, but I also got to go for a run today and breathe the free air. Last year I could barely cope with getting off the couch and walking to the bathroom. 10/10 improvement.

Forgot to get a before picture but check out this invisible mending I did on my brother's favorite hat. I've never attempted invisible mending before and I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

Gave a tiny pig to the allergy specialist nurses last week. They have named him Tofu and even made him a tiny name tag!!!! I love this.
