Finished a redesign of one of my characters I made in high school! I am better at making color palettes now. She discovered a magical artifact as a teenager that bound itself to her, apparently irreversibly. I wanted her new design to reflect the pendant binding itself to her and changing her appearance, so it looks as if it burned itself into her.
Since I might as well have fun I decided that the pendant is not visible to most people, and that it lives inside her body, either literally or metaphorically or both. This may be an accidental reference to the shikon no tama and I decided to go with it anyway because cringe is dead
