Probably not gonna have art to post these upcoming days cause I'm focusing on my character refs (I'll show off all the stock poses once I have those done, but even that will probably take a few days), BUT here's a compilation of art my bf has gifted me this past month (the profiles below were specifically for my birthday)! first two images are total drama refs lol (tyler dude that's you 💔) the ethan crying one was supposed to be a joke but it lowkey looks like angst/vent art 😭(canon ethan event)

Supporting character lineup, probably still things I want to adjust, but I got to move on to finishing my side character designs RIGHT NOW due to reasonsss. (also yesirrr changed Linus again to restyle him and to match the lineart style of the other characters) Will make any proper fixes when doing turnarounds..these should be fine mini refs in case anyone somehow needs them for this period of time. Since there are ten characters here, a poll would probably have a lot more ties, but I'm still curious: (Last time it was a tie between Tyler and Peter, my fav design here is probablyyy Joy)

ughghf i took way too long to draw these simple pics but alas it's gonna take a bit to get adjusted to drawing these characters (and style). but i wanted to draw all the main couples (and throuple) for valentines so yesssss first time drawing most of them together. i'm glad i managed to draw at least one picture of each relationship in time (relatively)

Redone intros for these fellas too! A lot more adjustments here compared to the original intros post, and also compared to the batch I did yesterday (especially with Urs, CD, and Starling)

it's gonna take longer to make the intros for the other 13 characters bc i don't already have their info written up like for these guys..oh well.

Small info tidbit: Despite being close to each other in the far past, Zero and Xander drifted apart over the years after Charlotte's death. Before reuniting, Xander got unreasonably jealous of a mystery "hero" who was stealing his spotlight... only for him to find out the said "hero" was his old friend who he thought was dead...and who is also immortal now. They're incredibly awkward with each other, neither of them knowing what to even say or how to even feel. Not helping that Zero was just trying to avoid Xander for YEARS beforehand. Which escalates into a big rivalry, fueled by bottled-up resentment and baggage.

I will say there may be times where I slip up regarding how I present certain representation, and if that happens I'd like to be corrected/informed. I try my best with research but it's sometimes really easy to miss/be wrong about things, so again feel free to lmk if there's something I can improve! I say this because I drew Lewie in the improper kind of wheelchair for him to be able to use full-time 💀, BUT I think this can actually lend a lot to his visual narrative:

When it comes to his wheelchair, Lewie DOES use it by himself a lot/most of the time (although Xander does help him when he can..he's just a busy man). Lewie has very strong refrigerator hands/upper body strength and it's still quite a struggle to have to use it all the time. It's the "wrong" wheelchair yet he's basically forced to use it for a longgg time and put on a happy face, and that's just honestly kinda perfect for his story (without giving away any spoilers/details). Y'know you get so used to the shitty hand you're dealt that you don't realize how much better you can have it. Also it gives way for ✨ design changes that represent character growth ✨ (and will enhance the dynamic between Lewie and Zero specifically, since Zero makes prosthetics/associated). I don't usually like being inaccurate when it comes to rep like this but I *think* as long as I lean into it, it shouldddd work.
