zero's tea time is really funny because you can tell it was a spin-off primarily geared at the furuya yumejoshi, but because it was geared at yumejoshi, they couldn't give him anything close to a female love interest or anyone who could be too easily interpreted as such, and at the same time they sold this as "furuya's private life" so they had to do something private, so what did arai takahiro do? he remembered there was this secondary character called kazami yuuya working for furuya at the PSB and decided to insert him into furuya's life, and then he inserted him so much that zero's tea time lowkey turned into a BL
