9: What do you think makes a “bad ship”?

     Shipping purely for shipping’s sake. When it’s obviously forced and there’s no chemistry to it other than two characters fucking. Or when a character just meets another and suddenly they’re ‘absolutely in love’ and shipping and their entire personality changes because of this ship without any prior planning whatsoever. A closed off character will not immediately trust or take to another that quickly. If there’s a time lapse and most of it happens progressively and behind the scenes, cool, that’s great. But I personally think a bad ship is plain and simple a forced ship just for the sake of getting one character with another.
