Zeus is a flirt and he will find mortals who flirt back amusing. But if someone flirted with him first, he gets extremely flustered! (He will start to flirt back afterwards though)

Hera isn’t angry at Zeus because… in a way, Zeus is flirting with himself and that’s something Hera thinks Zeus would do.
