at 14 st a African guy won’t leave me alone because he accused me of taking a pic of him so he told me to delete the pic ignore him and he following me all the way at the 14th Street–Union Square subway station so i had Enough so i pushed him due to he close too my personal space then he punch me in the right jaw that assault me soon the cops arrival so i told the polices my side of the story of what happened i didn’t take a picture of him that he accused me of so i show my phone of that non-existent pic then the cop show it to African guy soon the cops tell me was i excuse to go and what happens to that guy maybe he was arrested or got a warning not to do it again
that African guy injury my finger by bending it so i bandage it and my jaw has no injury after he punch my jaw
soon i take the subway right before i take pic with a different camera the polices told African guy not too do it again by warning him or else he will be arrested and couple of hours later he was not there anymore
