there was a rumour that tito asked messi to stay at barcelona while he was dying and so messi is there on a guilt trip. i dunno if it's true, but, thats the rumour<3

Well, idk, it may even be. But I don’t really think Messi would leave. I mean, even before Tito, he had built this “Once a culé, always a culé” image. If he moved, although he’d still be considered the best,  maybe it’d be bad for his popularity. I mean, somehow he needs it. So, yeah, he’d still be the best, but a lot of people would get “mad” at him, and maybe his popularity would decrease and that’s what he defs not want. I may be wrong, but that’s what I think.
