BIO:

ZIFELLA is a four piece alternative rock band founded out of the forests of Säffle, Sweden. With their broad set of music history and influences ranging from blues to progressive rock to heavy metal, they are composing warm and melodic songs with some weight to them. The band consists of Peter Stahl (vocals, rythm guitar), Jerry Torstensson (drums), Björn Johansson (bass) and Perry Berglund (lead guitar, back vocals). Early 2010 Jerry starts up a project alongside his Doom Metal band (Draconian, Napalm Records). He convinces vocalist and longtime friend Peter Stahl to join up for a few session to do some writing and recording. Months down the line he also brings in rock & blues bass player Björn Johansson and lead guitarist Perry Berglund to add their ideas and touches to the project. Hearing the results and realizing the potential of the constellation they spend over a year producing a demo which gets picked up by Patrik Frisk at Ninetone Records via Magnus Walterstad. At the moment they are adding the finishing touches to their self-titled debut album ”ZIFELLA”. The first single ”Mother” is out now.
