I mean you had a steady nine to five and two cat babies, That Drew made you take care of when he was at work, You also had art commissions that you did for people. So usually you spent your time at home (Did I forget to mention you had a home job that went from nine to five?) So when Drew had told you about his elimination chamber win, You had been thinking it was still Mania 2021, You looked up at him “I missed it?..” You needed him. Home. at least for a bit. You looked at him with a frown “Please stay with me. I can’t be alone anymore just please, please” Drew had to pet your hair and smiled kissing your forehead and then your lips “Don’t worry sweet thing
It’ll be like I never left” Those words felt like a safe house in a shower of bullets. He kept speaking to you but you simply didn’t care. All you cared about was being with him, taking in his smell, playing with his hair. Hearing his ‘i love you’ “Darling?” You heard his accent in a small tone speak to you “I think maybe you should start coming with me to shows” You started sobbing when he said that, You weren’t the type of person you would wanna fuck with. “ You better not be fucking with me, I mean it.” He chuckled and nodded “I’m not messing with you I swear” You just smiled and nodded “Yes Drew, Yes, Of course, I will. Please never leave without me ever again” and that was all he needed to hear from you, He never left your side unless he was wrestling/on tv. And that was all you needed for the rest of your life
