Zines have been my hobby for over 25 years. @alana_tattoos started fulfilling my requests for silly zine tattoos 9 years ago and my right leg is almost full and I want more! Some of the sites you will see here on my zine leg sleeve: a photocopier, an old school Kinko's counter, a mail box, envelope, a saddle stitch stapler, a staple remove that looks like a snake head along with bent Staples as filler, scissors, gluestick, washi tape with traditional tattoo imagery on the wash tape, a tiny zine, a cutting board, a brain for brainscan zines, and a Sharpie for Stolen Sharpie Revolution. Today is the 1st ever @midwestperzinefest a zine fest highlighting perzines and I thought people would like to know about my favorite genre of zines: perzines! What are perzines? Perzine is a genre of zine.
