Snippet: Victory
At the end of a HUGE battle, corpses everywhere, Zintkala ascends from the debris and her eyes glaze over with tears. She tries to fight them and desperately swipes her hands over her face as an overwhelming amount of relief washes over her.
Dal Mardig and Anugrah watch her from a distance.
Anu: There’s your princess.
Dal: Mm.
Anu: Victory looks good on her. She-
Zintkala throws her head back with a wail and proceeds to ugly cry.
Anu: Uh...
Dal: She’s beautiful.
Anu: ... I wouldn’t call her that.

Zintkala’s redesign!

This is Zintkala, the protagonist to the Conchord story. It's not the final stage of her design, but a few work sketches Kat was doodling up to get a feel for the character. I really love the playfulness of Kat's pencil, so I thought I would share. Zintkala's gone through several designs, which I might post up sooner or later, though she kinda is still a work in progress. We'll have more to come soon, though I should probably get my butt in gear for costume design, etc. … EDIT: My Quartermaster has informed me that I have said too much and thus I have retracted the would-be spoilers.
