kwon jiyong is not well known for his patience but he is well known. summer weather is a treat but pros and cons are abound; jiyong’s tattoos an easy billboard for attention, grabbing them only a few seconds before ducking into some obscure shop seemingly dipped in moth balls and mildew. he sniffs, fingers itching for a cigarette to release the sudden shot of stress which reaches the back of his throat.
“i didn’t really think it through..” an apologetic tone of voice, the brim of bucket hat brought down over eyes as he shuffles through the store, away from the windows. “didn’t think everyone would be so hyped about me with everyone else at the building today. aish. too big of a crowd-- or were those your fans mixed in there too?” one half-hearted attempt at a joke. the stress and frustrations of a busy week have made bed in the bags under his eyes, coating the slight hoarseness of his voice.
“let’s hope they pass by us soon, yeona-yah. i was really looking forward to going street shoppin’ with ya. you can get such cool finds at this time of year, aigo. plus, walking around the city like this is great inspiration.. .. until shit like this happens, heh.”
