It’s a new year, Californians, and roughly half of you will make resolutions, most of them about your health and family, few of which you will still remember by summer.

This is a good basis of what Californians should do except: Do NOT invest in Chevron, to be a good Californian invest in solar energy if possible. That's a direction in which the state should go in order to help the economy and our climate.
