The Cape Town International Jazz Festival (CTIJF) is BACK!
CTIJF is an annual event celebrating what would have been Nelson Mandela’s 100th birthday. This year, it was scheduled to take place on 23rd and 24th February 2024.
The new dates are currently: 03 and 04 May 2024 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre in South Africa.
The festival promises a musical experience that has been sorely missed, featuring a lineup of both seasoned maestros and rising stars from across the globe. The reimagined stages will welcome artists and festivalgoers for Africa’s premier jazz celebration. Notable artists include Zoe Modiga, Mandisi Dyantyis, Matt Bianco, Kokoroko, The Yussef Dayes Experience, and several talented South African musicians2. Additionally, this year’s festival introduces the all-new Flavour Junction, offering food trucks, bars, and tantalizing treats to keep people fueled throughout the night.
