Oh boy lol this is gonna be hard. I can barely think of one nice thing.1. Uhhh I used to really hate my tummy but idk I’m kinda appreciating it more. It’s really soft and cats like to lay on it, so it must not be too bad I guess?2. I kinda like my hair sometimes I guess.3. I think I try to be a good person? I don’t know how good I am at it, but I try.4. I’m not one to make like snap judgments about things. I’m really thoughtful and I try to consider other angles and points of view before I say anything. I like take my time and gather information. This was something my mom actually said about me. It was the only nice thing she has said about me in awhile, so I think about it a lot. Usually she only has negative things to say about my brain/neurodivergence and how I’m a “slow processor”, so it was nice for a change.5. I think I’m pretty decent when it comes to validating people/my friends, especially with things they’re insecure about. Like if my therapist gives me helpful information/advice I like to tell them how it was helpful and thank them for it and they always appreciate that. If a friend is feeling ugly, I like to point out things I find beautiful about them and assure them that looks don’t determine worth anyway, or if a friend says they feel like they’re being annoying I just assure them that they’re a good friend. I think the reason I’m good at it is because I mean 100% what I say.Sorry it took so long to answer, but it was kinda hard since I hate myself lol. I’m glad I tried tho cuz I feel a bit better.Thank you!

English major advice: Keep a list of every book you read for a class so that by the end of your degree you'll have a comprehensive list of all your hard work.
