winter holidays in the zones
-lots of people carry on holiday traditions even if they’re not practicing, just for the sake of holiday spirit and to keep nice traditions alive
-the focus of the season is on Kindness (see: presents) :^)

-there are always lights up around tommys shop (even though he doesnt put them up ;))
-people celebrate having survived the year!!!!! its a big party
-its difficult to find fresh food in the zones, but ‘joys gather what they can for huge holiday celebrations. what holidays are they celebrating? You Know
-theres a campsite near the mailbox where the fire burns through the whole season. its rumored that the witch keeps it lit, but cherri cola’s also been suspected. either way its pretty amazing
