This blog is exclusively for me to post about my New X-Men AU. And maybe some other AU stuff later on.
At the moment I'll be posting art of the New X-Men as Digimon tamers. And after that I'll post character designs for my AU. The AU isn't Digimon related, it's just something I wanted to draw in the meanwhile as I'm still designing the characters.
Using Chaos Control the cybernetic echidna was able to finally warp back to his home zone. How long he has been gone, who could say, with all the different places he had been for his training and the different rates time passed within each there really was no telling. Not like it mattered all that much to his personal timeline with that rock fragment housed deep within his chest.
With the amount of energy he put out getting here he was sure that G.U.N. were already on their way to intercept, especially with how unique his energy signature was. So turning his emerald gaze upwards he took in the bright night sky which he had not seen in so long.
“It looks so... different now.”
Looking to his new partner, having silently materialized off to his side, Knuckles put a mechanical arm around the ancient ethereal chief. Not even taking a moment to ponder at how strange this all really was.
“It has been over four thousand years. A lot of things have changed, but it’s mostly good, and we’re going to need your help to defend against what Boom Boo let loose.”
Shooting a hand upwards the cyborg began to point out constellations, giving a little explanation of the story behind them and their significance in the culture of his time. Much like how he did with another ancient echidna once. How simple things seemed back then.
But their little star gazing session was soon interrupted by an armored vehicle rolling up. On reflex Knuckles brought up a chaos shield large enough to protect the both of them. Though once he got eyes on the G.U.N. symbol on the vehicle’s side the shield was dismissed as quickly as it was powered up.
“You ready for this, old man?”
