Before #zootopia started we had a little bit of time to do some character exploration. I decided to try a test with this little bunny in an effort to practice a new workflow. I typically work in stepped blocking my keys and breakdowns on 2's and 4's. This was my first attempt to animate a scene in splines, starting with the hips and working outwards. I never did have a chance to finish it, but I learnt a lot forcing myself to try a new #workflow . I'm grateful I work at a place like #disneyanimation that gives me an opportunity to try new things and fail if I need to. I eventually used that technique on #zootopiadisney & #moana ...so it totally paid off!
