Exarchs of Zakuul headcanon
On an earlier post, I did say the Exarchs takes a bigger role in my take of KOTFE. I've always been fascinated by them and @voidendron 's headcanons have admittedly inspired me to produce my own takes on them.
Generally, I had always thought of them as misused. I mean, c'mon Bioware, you make some of the hardest villain designs and lore in the whole game and only use them for a mediocre flashpoint mode? Well, time to do them justice.
Worth noting that in my take, the Exarchs appear throughout the story as Arcann's lieutenants rather than only appearing for the Star Fortress arcs. They're also more or less the leaders of the Knights and each one commanding over their own division.

Zar Draya
Zar Draya is the leader of the Exarchs in my headcanon and is more or less Arcann's right hand woman (taking a bit of Vaylin's role). She was a former comrade of Senya Tirall and feels deeply betrayed by her friend's defection. Unofficially, she leads the Knights of Zakuul in general. Her skills at navigating the messy affairs of Zakuulan nobility has made her a prime choice for overlooking Alderaan.
Forta Gair
Forta is more or less the brains of the Exarchs, having developed a lot of their cybernetics (which she eventually used on herself) and the Star Fortresses themselves. She specifically chose Belsavis due to its connections to the Rakata, whose technology she's fascinated with, and the many prison convicts gives her no shortage of test subjects. She also moonlights as a advisor to Vaylin.
Jom Vanten
Jom was originally a member of Thexan's honor guard. His prince's death was what drove him to become an Exarch. Generally, Jom has a history of always being cold and distant, which is probably quite fitting he was stationed over the remote world of Hoth.
Tarso Gren
Tarso had known the Twin Princes since all three were children, even joining the Knights to remain with them. Fitting he is the exact opposite of his comrade Jom (both are the most recent Exarchs), controlling Tatooine with a violent fist and hair-trigger temper. His rage is rivaled only by his dedication to Arcann.
Lesin Tyn
Lesin grew up poor, being rather envious of the rich. His ascension to being a Knight of Zakuul and later Exarch gave him a taste of the high life and he ain't going back. He is a hedonistic, currently ruling over Nar Shaddaa which he's turned into his own 'paradise', exploiting the poorer citizens to fund his endeavors.
Andur Melor
Andur Melor is the oldest of the Exarchs and former advisor to Emperor Valkorion. Unlike the other Exarchs, Andur wasn't a Knight but rather a former Scion, whose since broken all ties with his order. He is deeply fascinated by the Voss and their mystics, more than willing to exploit them to unravel their secret.
Zotar
Zotar, unlike the other Exarchs, largely reins over the Old World, in charge of security there. He's a big humbler compared to the other Exarchs and is known for being a charismatic face but is no less ruthless.
And that's the summary. Honestly, I've always loved these guys and I'm glad I got the chance to ramble about my take on them. If there's anything else ya guys wanna know about them, do let me know!
