Reconstruction of Zygomatic Arch with Vascularised Calvarial Graft This gentleman was born with Treacher Collins syndrome, which is a genetic disorder that most often affects the jaws, cheeks, chin and ears. He had absence of zygomatic bone and arch, bilateral microtia and retrognathia. Treatment planning was explained to him and he consented to surgery. A bicoronal flap was raised and vascularised calvarial graft was harvested from the outer table of the parietal bone along with an intact galea attached bilaterally. The pericranium and galea remained attached to ensure uninterrupted vascular supply. This was then fixed in the region of the missing zygomatic bone and arch with L shaped plates and screws. There was optimal recreation of the zygomatic bone and arch. He also underwent advancement genioplasty to address his retruded chin.
