Sims 3 Full-Color, Fully CAStable Tattoos
What is this, my first CC pack since... 2021? Goodness me.
Out barely in time for the end of Pride Month, these tattoos are actual, in-game tattoos, not accessories. They have the same four color channels as tattoos, but carefully coded so the final design has a full spectrum of brilliant hues! Yes, that's actually a big deal for the Sims 3. If you didn't realize it was FREAKING HARD to make full-color tattoos, congratulations, you are exactly where I was about a month ago.
If you're not into @zzizziboy's color scheme, you can play around with the channels and come up with lots of fun combinations.
