modern au zeke would have very veiny hands and arms. youâd only notice because he constantly rolls up his sleeves and shows them off. heâs not stupid, he knows you find it hot. heâd probably have some form of tattoos. def would stick his fingers in your mouth after prepping you or just in general, also would be into making you watch him jerk off bc of how much you like his hands and arms. oh, also choking. and heâd restrain your hands on occasion so the only hands you would see were his, not your own to be any form of subconscious distraction
Phoenix and Griffin spent their entire lives knowing that they were different than the other fey because no one would let them forget it. It is mainly their motherâs high station that gains them any respect in Fey society, but they still have to work extra hard to fit in, being more human than faerie.
The twins remember little of the few years they spent in the mortal world before their mother whisked them away to the Feywilds. Phoenix has vague memories, more like emotions and impressions of her father. She has tried to use the main fey power she inherited--telepathy--to find out more, but her powers are no match for her mother, a quite powerful halfling in her own right.Â
Their mother insists, however, that they are in the Feywilds for their own protection. As children, she would try and scare them with tales of how dangerous the mortal world is for those of fey heritage. When they got older, near the maturity they reached from aging at a human rate, the twinâs mother explained to them that there were people specifically after them because of their father, and they wanted to claim them for nefarious purposes. Despite the warnings, Phoenix has a desire to go and see the human world and learn about that part of her ancestry.
The mind games that faeries are so fond of can make it difficult to bond with others. Phoenix and Griffin have become adept at twisting words like the other inhabitants of the Feywilds, but they have one advantage others keep forgetting about--they can lie. Nevertheless, the pair spends much of their time paranoid about everything they do or say. Phoenix especially makes it her mission to protect her brother from the harsher aspects of the Courts of the Feywilds.Â
Nevertheless, the Feywilds are not without their wonders. Phoenix and Griffin do enjoy exploring the lands of the faeries and meeting strange creatures. They almost get themselves into danger often, however, for nothing in the Feywilds is safe or quite what it seems.Â

Heather was born to a humble doctor from the Earth Kingdom and his wife, a rogue soldier from the Fire Nation. Imogene hadnât meant to settle down in a town in the closest part of the Earth Kingdom to occupied lands, but she fell in love long before reaching Ba Sing Se.Â
Despite her motherâs past, Heatherâs life wasnât too hectic. She got along well enough with the other children in the village, though she always wanted to explore outside of their corner of the world. She had an insatiable curiosity about everything in the world worked that led to her asking everything of people passing through her village, especially scholars.
She grew up weary of the Fire Nation and their colonial plans, so it was a terrifying shock to her when she accidentally firebended the first time. Luckily, no one saw her, and her mother didnât seem too surprised though her father was visibly distressed at the news. Her mother sat her down and explained that she was from the Fire Nation but had left because they wanted her to do bad things. Imogene was a bender herself who had sworn never to use her powers against another person again. She told her daughter how important it was that she keep that ability a secret.Â
Heather struggled with keeping her firebending in check, so her mother made sure to teach her the basics. She started to feel different from her peers, and the hardest part of all was how her father looked at her when she talked about or used firebending.Â
When Heather was a teenager, the Fire Nation attacked their humble village, looking to claim more land for their empire. There was little that the members of their village could do, but her mom stepped up to defend them, using a staff, and when it got bad, firebending. Her father spirited Heather away to hide, despite her protests that she wanted to help her mother. But they didnât get away. A few soldiers caught them on the far side of the village, and one went for Arthur. Heather didnât think; she just reacted by blasting the soldier.Â
The soldiers captured the two and brought them back, despite Heather fighting tooth, nail, and flame. They arrived where the captain had her mother tied up and badly bruised and burned. Arthur was accused of harboring a fugitive, but Imogene insisted desperately that he had known nothing. They let him go, but Heather will never forget seeing her mother set ablaze right in front of her.Â
Then there was nothing Arthur could do as his daughter was dragged onto a Fire Nation ship. The captain sat her down and assured her that she was not responsible for her motherâs crimes. He also lamented that she had been kept from her home land and culture for so long and declared that they would fix that.Â
Heather found herself thrust into a school in the Fire Nationâs capital, where she bitterly observed how ubiquitous the propaganda was. How could everyone be so stupid and blind? They were clearly being led on to perpetuate this horrible regime. She ran away several times in the first year, trying to reach the Earth Kingdom and her father, and one time she even made it a few miles out in a stolen boat. Eventually however, she learned to bite her tongue and lower her eyes, for the punishments there were not light.Â
After she graduated, Heather was conscripted into the Fire Nation army, forced to fight for the corrupt power she despised. They had been making her take bending lessons since she arrived in the capital in preparation for this, though she had held out a desperate hope of leaving after gradation. Heather enjoys the rush of power from using her fire, but every time she does, she also hears her mother beg for mercy as the flames consume her.
That image only drives her more. Heather is going to work her way up in the Fire Nation army until she can find the captain who killed her mother and took her away from her father. She will destroy him, and maybe an empire along the way.Â
The Violet Dagger showed up in Edgewood over two years ago, but it isnât clear when exactly she became active. Some people will talk about a woman wearing black who confronted them with a knife and a strong sense of justice, but others doubt that that can be the same hero who now proudly protects Edgewood. Â
The Violet Dagger did not get along well with authorities at first, with her obsession with knives and threaten first, ask questions later approach. Her usage of unsanctioned chemicals that have a plethora of effects on her targets, and the jury is still out on how she acquires them. No one was sure that she even was a Super, since the vigilante didnât show her powers until she used her power of summoning a shield to protect a girl she was saving from a burning building. That incident was also when the Violent Dagger officially announced herself as a hero and acknowledged a camera.Â
While she is now more in the spotlight, the Dagger will never tell them about the mission that drew her to the town of Edgewood, which already had an abnormally high Super population. The truth is that the Violet Dagger is Heather Payne, who comes from a long line of heroes but was not planning on continuing the legacy until a villain with fire powers took out her mother and auntâs team. She came to Edgewood tracking down the villain and seeking revenge. Somewhere along the way of playing vigilante, she ended up actually helping some people and felt better than she had in years. With the search for revenge reaching dead end after dead end, she found a new purpose in finally acknowledging her legacy and using her powers to help those in trouble.Â

Phoenixâs style hasnât evolved very much since she was younger, but she feels that it still represents her. She likes bright and expressive clothes that are cute but still functional for all of her adventures. If one thing defines Phoenixâs wardrobe, it is color! Phoenix loves pastels and bright colors with a passion. Pink and purple make frequent appearances.
For everyday wear, Phoenix will wear a blouse with a bright color or fun print and often layer a jacket or vest over it. Florals are a favorite. She will also go for fun graphic tees with a character she likes or a funny saying. Phoenix wears skirts about a third of the time. She doesnât get them super short but doesnât like the maxi skirts. Otherwise she wears blue jeans or bright colored shorts or pants. Her pair of pink converse are her go-to shoes and she owns many fun pairs of socks.
Phoenix never really has a reason to dress formally. If an event is somewhat nice, she will just add some accessories to a nice dress and maybe a cardigan. She has some cute sandals and flats that she can pair with that.
Phoenix sleeps in pajama sets, mostly just what she thinks looks cute and comfy. She still keeps around one pair of onesies that looks like a unicorn costume.
