Announcement: A hiatus (Warning: slight venting)

So a unique day in my life, I kinda just…snapped out of it. I finally stopped focusing on fandom aspects, playing games, and just talking about fictional characters, which is a main stay on my blog.

As of me writing this, my main online shenanigans is just learning Japanese and watching informative documentaries, which is good! I could finally start watching shows like the Sopranos or that obscure anime called Silver fang after a millennia of procrastination.

I really want to start helping my family. Get a job at a supermarket, work some hours, pull my own weight.

I don't care if I'm seen as crazy, cringe, or whatever, I'll still be passionate and silly (both ironically and unironically) of exes, sonic, or some other fandom, but just not now.

Consider this as a true hiatus. Usually I'm scared or embarrassed to post (which I am), which results in me deleting posts or even an account, but not this time, you could still view my posts, their flaws and all.

Idk when I'll return, but I will, and to whoever personally went to my blog to view this, I thank you for hearing me out.

Okay, so, eyestrain warning for one. It really HURTS doesn't it?

Whenever I draw her, I usually listen to some fitting music. Some songs I associate Mrs. Sega with are songs by 1 800 PAIN, more so the instrumentals than the lyrics. My favorites being: Forbes list, Bne, and Pain is good.

So this filter method finally worked. It actually looks decent!

My ass literally got distracted. I was going to draw Junio Sonic or Sonic CD Sonic, and I saw this on the Sonic gallery on the fandom wiki. I thought it was too cute to pass up! So I merged the two styles.

Faker AU where he actually killed Lord X by taking his soul, merging his own with it. This is what his form would look like. (Lord X doesn't end up in a Lord Mortis situation. It just straight up dies.)

Kinda ironic on how Faker merges with X's soul but doesn't want to be him. My plan is to make his design more different as he ages, turning into something similar to his beast form maybe? Some of the ideas I list below might change in the future.

Y'know how people have headcannons upon their ocs' voices? Well I'm doing that for character theme music! Faker X's theme would sound like this:

Mrs. Sega eventually finds out about the erasure of X and confronts Faker. Here's a summarization comic strip.

The fight wouldn't go like that fr. If I had an additional lifetime and a half to animate this, the fight would be fair for the most part, until the end where Mrs. Sega wins due to having more experience.

I know that her power is infinite, and Faker can't die, but, I'm trying to stray away from "infinite" as much as I can with my AUs. Basically, very powerful but could still die.

I would like to imagine the lack of experience about Faker comes from him being sealed in the void for years, prohibiting his honing of skill. He locks in during his confrontation with Lord X, because he was plotting on how to overthrow him from the start of his containment.

At the end of the fight, Mrs. Sega absorbs the power from Faker X's soul, then seals it in the void again. If Faker were to reform, HE would look like Mortis.

Ugh...Old Faker. That's gagged.

I'll make him more old in future renders don't worry 💖

3. It's nighttime, the fireworks going off in the background, a concert's being preformed, and Amy's there! How can I not give this a top 3? Everyone's having a good time! The background reminds me of Casino Night zone from Sonic 2, which is nice.

2. It's giving anime school girl, and I know it's not that.

1. The art feels fresh and cool, from the sky, to the ocean, and Sonic's there, waiting. You could just sit there and relax, and your next adventure will arrive eventually!

I literally forgot Sonic's 35th anniversary which is ironic for me. So I decided to draw a little something for celebration!

I had the idea to draw my modded skin of the Penitent One, like, if I could edit all the sprites, it would've looked like the artpiece down below.

(I finally draw some damn Blaphemous fanart after months, like, I would say I feel guilt for not giving my second favorite metroidvania any fanart attention.)

Note: You might call this some type of infection AU. It's secondary. I'm mainly painting this for practice and character design. Also, I might not cover Blasphemous 2, because I just don't have attachment to the game like I do with the original. If I do continue this, I would make a design for Crisanta, and a select few bosses!

Okay, so, I drew some poses of my exe oc, Rihog! This was mainly for practice and for me to get a good idea about the character. This also includes its amorphous form, Ristar skin, and second form.

Note for the second form: Rihog becomes an Oni clown, making fun of others' failures. It pushes them to hopelessness and nothingness, kind of like how it once was, by taking or consuming their hopes. Ironic right? Once its victim shatters, it eats them and their soul.

(Bear with me upon the Japanese. I might understand the alphabets and a handful of words, but that's all I know at the moment. I used deepl and Renshuu for translation if you were curious.)

So, like, I got recommended Code X: Termination on youtube. I was like, "Oh, more madness combat content?" It took my dumbass a bit until I realized who was in the thumbnail, and I was like, "Madness Combat AND X? BITCH I HAVE TO WATCH."

I did watch it, and even though I don't know any other characters besides the Auditor, X, and the basic Engineer and Soldat enemies, I kind of followed along (I was still heavily confused). The fight was the best part omg…

So I finally got inspired to redraw my favorite exe oc after a millennia (last year).

I call it "Rihog" the name and star shape inspired by the Sega game character, Ristar!

It looks so goofy and cute, I just wanna hug it! Beware. Petting it will result in tens of millions of paper cuts. Could you withstand its power?

I'm considering making it my exesona's creation or realm guardian? If I do, it will be non-canon. Rihog will be BEGGING to make itself canon to its dad/mom, begging not to get disposed of like the other exe ocs, forgotten.

Note: Reminder that this is its first form. Its final form would look like a dragon.

I finally made him :) his name is Sur. He is a demon taking the form of Sonic to decieve a little child into selling his soul to him. His bigger form is when he is finally free, funnily enough, he grew attached to the kid (now an adult by the time) and he torments him sometimes, other times, he just stares.

I redid my sona reference, slight redesign to things too but not an entire change

I used a more chibi/ simple art style so I didn't worry too much about details and how the body would look

I also used more of my pokepasta sona color pallet too since they're basically the same person different font lol

Tho I don't think I got across the opalescence in the design like I wanted too, but it's progress
