Losing interest in the only things I actually enjoyed doing, is the worse type of feeling. Any advise?

I’m so sorry, but none at all. I understand the feeling all too well though, so you’re not alone! I’ve kept myself from doing so much stuff that served as a distraction from life, I’ve pretty much lost all motivation. But then there’s a small part of me that aches for the happiness those things brought me. Rest. That’s the only thing I can think of. Give your brain some time to just reset. I’m sure you’ll find the love for those interests again soon :).

I’m moving to Nashville next month with my fiancé! It’s gonna be such a huge change compared to the little town we’re originally from.
