Part four my least favorite con this was kinda easy for me Yeah I had two others that could have been her but after a lot of thinking the one I hate the most ISSS
dreadwing!!! Now I have actually reasons I donât like him first off I found him very shallow and hard to like he didnât really have any entertaining qualities yeah he had Bombs but nothing her does is rememberable to be heâs kinda a dick as well he is only every nice to Megatron and he pretty much mean to everyone else and he was on the reasons Breakdown was killed! And he hurt starscream which is a capital offense ;)
Some of my tidbits on some Shattered Glass TFP characters-
Megatron
Has no clue what he's doing. In all honesty, he's winging almost everything.
Cares immensely for every single Con who's put their trust in him, and doesn't want to let anyone down.
Learned how to play piano, it was difficult but he was determined.
Literal nervous wreck, but mostly on the inside.
I sometimes headcanon that he and Optimus were emberbonded mates before the war. He keeps his side of the bond tightly shut up so it can't be used to find him or his men.
Is more on the introverted side and has more then a bit of social anxiety, and actually tends to panic a bit when in large crowds during peace, especially on his own.
Still has a Cybertronian jet as his alt mode, his color scheme is silver and white with red accents. The Decepticon insignia on his chest.
Starscream
Mother hen of the Cons due in part to The Prime's destruction of Vos.
I'm not kidding, get back to base hurt, you'd best be prepared for Momma Star making sure you get patched up and rested.
Has a weakness for good chocolate-covered wheel-nuts.
Surprisingly fond of Japanese Vocaloid music. Some of his favorites are Feathers across the Seasons, ECHO, Wave, and even though it's not Vocaloid, he loves Bad Apple in almost every version of it.
Has a F-16 Fighting Falcon alt mode, and his color scheme is silver with blue and red accents. His insignia can be found on his left wing.
Soundwave
Was on SGRatchet's table at an Autobot outpost for two days and got away from it with no voice box left and various scars. The mad medic left him unable to have his voice box replaced as well, as every time they try to fix it, it becomes corrupted.
He's managed to get around this by recording his friends' voices with his visor and using a mix of them to speak.
Is quite a chatterbox, and loves Earth music. Don't be surprised if you walk into base and find him doing a full rendition of Let it Go. Again.
Rumble, Frenzy and Laserbeak were taken from him while being held captive, and as far as he knows they've been melted down. Unknown to him, they've been reprogrammed into being SGRatchet's assistants. Ravage and Laserbeak are still at his side and don't like straying too far away because of the event.
Constantly wears a lime green band around his helm.
He likes driving very fast. Alt mode is a Gsxr 1000 and his color scheme is teal and white, insignia on his right shoulder.
Shockwave
CLUMSY BEAN.
He is seriously easily excited. Like. On a scale of 1-10 on how easily excitable- He's a 19-
His finals are CONSTANTLY flicking back and forth, especially when he's talking about something he's working on.
His workspace is 'organized chaos', parts of projects everywhere and teetering stacks of datapads high as the ceiling.
Somehow manages to weave through his space in a way none of the other Decepticons are really sure of. It honestly looks too messy to work in??
He falls into the Adorable Mad Scientist category-
His experiments and inventions tend to blow up sometimes, never big enough to cause damage to the base though.
Still, it's a common sight to see him covered in soot.
Has a sunny yellow paint scheme and his alt mode is still a Cybertronian low rider. His insignia can be found on his left arm.
Ravage
GOOD KITTY
Also is a little mischievous, sneaky kitty-
TFPRatchet's wrenches are not safe, he will snitch them as chew toys.
Really good at sneaking around for a big white cybercat-
Loves to joke around when it's safe. Is also a massive prankster.
Has a visor like Soundwave, but only wears it on missions.
If he ever meets TFPLazerbeak, he would probably try to befriend her at first. He misses the other symbiote bots so much-

Would absolutely give Jack, Miko and Raf backrides if he ever met them

Arachnid
Very soft spoken. She never raises her voice.
Is never on the battlefield due to ember issues, but always does what she can to help back at base.
Is often the one who dives into Shockwave's room to try and get him out.
Has the ability to receive visions of what might happen in the future. However, this ability is what keeps her away from battle, as due to it if she harms another, her ember will fluctuate viciously.
Absolutely wears lolita clothes in her holoform. She adores the lace and prettiness of the fashions.
Is a graceful dancer and honors music and dance as is tradition for her. They can be used to communicate feelings as well as to just have fun and some have specific and special meanings.
Sometimes in rps, she leads a hidden village on Cybertron. I'll post some of the world building I've done for the village later. Maybe.
Is surprisingly easy to make a bashful mess. Can't handle lots of constant, flattering praise easily.
Her EM field is almost always warm and welcoming, often almost motherly.
Has a pink and white vintage Vespa as her alt mode and her insignia can be found over her spark chamber. Her color scheme is pink and white with baby blue accents.
Stinger/Bumblebee
Is ridiculously more weaponized then almost all of the Decepticons. It's scary.
Generally keeps to himself. Usually silent out of habit and training.
Was found by Breakdown and Megatron out on the wastes after he was cast out to be found by Bleeders with gouged optics by the Prime after he failed to find any of the Decepticons' bases. He was brought back to their base and Knockout fixed his optics and he was given the offer to join them. He took the offer partially out of a desire to exact revenge on his former comrades.
He's grown more expressive since joining them, and his doorwings often move as he talks. Don't ever mention it though.
His color scheme is black with yellow stripes, and his alt mode is a Dodge Charger. Still wears the Autobot insignia on his chassis, though he has painted it red.
How would the tfp cons react to finding a pod fill with small and squishy sparklings (I headcannon sparkling looking like mashbellows blobs untold they grow giant size)

TFP Cons reacting to finding a bunch of sparklings in a pod
For the sake of the story, the pod full of the beans conveniently landed on the Nemisis flight deck one night. A couple Vechicons had retrieved the pod at the orders of Megatron. He is fully expecting a magical relic of the past or some more Dark Energon⊠not a bunch of sparklings inside the pod.
Megatron
Oh, this is not what he is expecting⊠not at all.
âWhat in the Pit is this?!â--Megatron
âThose are sparklings my liege.âStarscream
âI know what they are!ââMegatron
His honest reaction would greatly depend whether or not he is on that space coke, I mean Dark Energon.
If he was on Dark Energon, the chances of all the sparklings surviving their first night would be slim to none. Not caring if they even survived. The only chance the sparklings would have of surviving is if the grace of one of the higher officials decided to keep them. Sadly, few would truly be up to the challenge.
If he isnât on Dark energon, then he would be a bit concerned in why the sparklings are in the pod. But it is war after all and sadly this isnât too out of the ordinary.
He would assign different Vehiconâs to different beans and have them all sent to Knockout and Breakdown for a checkup. He might think at first that this could be a waste of resources. But after a few days of seeing his troops with the sparklings, Megatron sees a boost in morality and a strange sense of hope in the ship. Hope that caused the movement in the first place. Hope that didnât seem to come by so often on the ship.
He has âstolenâ a bean from time to time. Not even the Mighty Megatron can bend to the power of The Bean Eyes.
âLord Megatron! Iâve been lookingâwhat are you...?â--Starscream

Starscream
He is concerned about the sparklings, not that he shows it outwards though. Starscream had plans before the sparklings came along. He was on his way to try and overthrow Megatron and now he must do sparkling duties. The universe must be playing some cosmic joke on him.

As Second in Command he helps oversee the sparklings needs overall. As in the statis of their health, possible predictions for vehicle mode, who is their favorite Decepticon on aboard the Nemesis...
Like Megatron, Starscream has taken a habit of âstealingâ a Sparkling or two. Except when he has the beans, he tries to instill some sort of loyalty in preparation for his reign as Leader of the Decepticons. Which doesnât seem to work well on Starscreamâs part.

Soundwave

While he also oversees the sparklings as Third in Command, Soundwave knows how to take care of others. He has been known for stealing the most sparklings out of the entire Nemesis.

He often plays funny little noises to make the beans laugh. Most likely the first on board to get attached to them. When he misses some of the beans, he will deploy Lazerbeak to go see if they are okay in their caregiversâ arms. Primus help the poor soul who decides to be mean or hurt the Sparkling. That is a one-way ticket to the moon.

Why? Out of all the places on this planet, did that pod have to land on the Nemesis?! The ship isnât exactly known for being a welcoming place, much less for sparklings. Itâs not that the pair hate the sparklings, on the contrary.
The love seeing a bit of Cybertron untainted by the war. But now they have come into the war whether they liked to or not. Knock out while prides his finish, will put it aside while dealing with the multitude of messy sparklings.
âHey no! Put that down! No! No! How did you even get up there!?ââKnockout
âLighten up a bit Knockout. Theyâre just fine.â--Breakdown
ââŠThereâs one about to fall off your servo.â--Knockout

Breakdown has no problem getting dirty for the sparklings, hut is extremely anxious around them. He could accidentally crush them! He really doesnât want that.
They donât part take in the âstealingâ of sparklings, as they regularly come and go in the medbay. The pair both genuinely care for the sparklings and are a bit protective, especially if they come in hurt.
âOh, Primus what happened to them?!â--Knockout
âI donât know. I accidentally bumped into themââ--Starscream
âYou bumped into them!ââBreakdown
Dreadwing
Oh, he loves these beans.
He is one of the few Decepticons with some kindness left and is not going to let bots like Starscream take advantage of them.
âI will be taking them today.â--Dreadwing
âIt is my shift to look afterââ--Starscream
âConsider this me taking your shift then Starscream.ââDreadwing
He loves his time with the sparklings. He does a descent job in taking care of them. Makes sure all under his care are well and takes regular trips to the Medbay if something doesnât seem right.
Besides Soundwave, probably the second in the âstealingâ sport. He tells stories to the little ones of life before the war and how the war would be over soon so they could all go home together.

Shockwave
He doesnât do much with the beans.
Probably didnât even know they were around until Soundwave came to the lab with some in his servos.

Wonât interact with the sparklings much, not even if he has duty with them. Shockwave most likely built a crib to contain the little beans.

Predaking
What is this bean? Why is it so small?
He is confused at first seeing the sparklings, but once educated about the basics, he is ready. Does not matter if he is in his bi-pede mode or not, he is making sure all these beans are protected with his huge limbs.
Does not let them anywhere near Starscream.
âI order you to hand over the Sparklings beast!â--Starscream
âDid you hear something my tiny warrior? It sounded like a little pest.â--Predaking

Starscream is now shrieking trying to avoid the flames of Predaking.
He also plays and âstealsâ them away. He is close ranking to Dreadwing on how often they get stolen.

âFound them.â--Breakdown
Predaking napping in his dragon form cuddling a bunch of beans.
Soundwave snaps a picture that no one knows about.
Arachnid
Okay even if Megatron was on Dark energon, there is no way this Spider is going anywhere near the sparklings.
It's absolutely SENDING me how Optimus was so visibly jumpscared from seeing Arachnid that his "surrender" was one of the most unsure sounding ones he ever said. đ
Itâs interesting how, in TFP, the characters all have a variety of optics sizes and shapes, instead of everyone having plain solid colours like in G1 and most other continuities. And I personally believe there is some more biological reasons why some of these optics look the way they are (some big, some small, some solid colours and others not, and some having rings and others not).
TW: starvation mention.
THEORY #1:
The size of the optics is determined by how well fed and healthy the transformer is.
Firstly, we can see that most Transformers with big optics are Decepticons, who we always know have more Energon mines and supplies than the Autobots.
Secondly. Megatron has a big optic that take over the entire frame, and he is totally someone who would have a feast himself first before feeding his subjects. On the contrary Optimus have one of the smallest optic in the show, probably because, unlike Megatron, he would only eat himself when he knows his subjects are well fed. (Poor Optimus)
Thirdly, Breakdown and Bulkhead also have some of the biggest optics in their teams. Breakdown is one of the few in the show whose optics are complete solid colors, and, although Bulkheadâs optics are not solid colours, or completely take over the frame, they are still much bigger than most other Autobots. This is probably because they are both the muscles of the team so they must have been fed more so that they can be stronger and fight better. (Cliffjumper might have been one, too, because he also got a huge optic, but we never hang around him enough to know for sure)
Fourthly: Bumblebee also got big optics, probably because he is the youngest Autobot, and is probably still growing in a way, so everyone would want to make sure he got enough nutrients to grow up big and healthy.
Fifthly: I think this is the best proof of all. So throughout the show Starscreamâs optics are always quite big and round (though it is not always obvious in bright lightings).

However, in the Orion Episode, while Starscream was sneaking into the Nemisis to steal energons, his optics suddenly fill the whole frame

This is likely because, since Starscream had gone rogue at this point, and we know that in âRock Bottomâ (Season One Episode 19) Starscream has been hiding energons for himself, perhaps Starscream hasnât yet learned how to manage supplies sustainably on his own, and quickly drained his resources that heâs hide for himself before. Thus, more energons in the eyes. Thatâs probably also why he has taken the risk to go back to the Nemisis to steal Energon cause he was out of it already. He was living feast or famine at this point.
Now, there are some bugs in this theory, such as why Knockout have such a small pupil despite not having any reasons to starve. However, knowing Knockout and his obsession with his appearance, I believe he would totally put himself on a diet to look even more fabulous. I donât think Transformers can really gain weight from Energons, though, at least not in the way we think, but Knockout could also just love the look of a small optic and think it fits his beauty, so he starved himself to achieve that.
One question you might have for the theory, âBut it has been going around that Ratchet starve himself to save the supplies for the others, but his optics are big?â Now. Ratchet, I believe, is a different situation, which leaves us to theory #2.
THEORY #2:
The ring around the optic signify how intensely the optic was used.
Firstly, like mentioned above, Ratchet have a special optic: his centeral pupil itself is pretty small, similiar size with Optimusâs, but it got a big ring around it, making it look big. Now I think the ring have nothing to do with how well fed the Transformer is, like the theory above, it is there to supply more Energon to the function of the optic, and making it sharper basically. Knockout also have one, probably for the same reason as Ratchet.
Secondly: Bumblebee also have one. Understandable. He is the scout, he need to look afar a lot.
Thirdly: if you look closely you can see that Optimus got these colorless, metal ring around his optic, too, which no one else have, but it doesnât have Energon in them. This is probably because he probably used to have them, as Orion Pax, who was an archives working in front of computers all the time. But over the years of not using it in the same way as much as the Prime, Energons left the ring and left the area, leaving the empty ring behind.
Now, there goes my theories and how I think the optics works, kind of. There is still a lot that I am still working on and might make another post off in the future, such as why some of them had a white ring/circle in their optics (I donât think white rings work the same as blue rings, cause Bulkhead have a white ring but he doesnât have any reasons to need good vision more than others.) and why their optics are different colors.

But basically, KO, BD, Soundwave, Shirley, Steve, and the other vehicons are worried about Starscream; wanting to bring him back asap.
Megatron and Arachnid are confused and suspicious of everyone's worry for the seeker.

Starscream feels what he said to KO and BD was worth it if it keeps them safe. Starscream hates Soundwave and Lazerbeak again. He knows the vehicons HAVE to follow Megatron, so depending on what he tells them, Starscream doesn't know what to think about them yet. He fears Megatron and hates Arachnid more than ever now.
All in all, Starscream isn't sure if it's safe to be at the Nemesis anymore.
I have daydreamed about this kind of edit for MONTHS but only now could I actually do it. It just fits so perfectly!!
I'm pretty proud of this and it took me 5:24 hrs to make. There were a few things I had to redo because of glitches/low quality but other than that this was a joy to make!
Megatron - I love his tfp design. Probably one of the best iteration of Megs. He is huge, heavy armoured, his face covered with scars⊠He doesnât looks like an ordinary military leader who is only capable of giving orders, but like real warrior who can destroy any enemy with his bare hands.
So, in the WOF version, he definitely shares some features with Princess Burn, not only because of his might, but also because of his horns shape and dirty-dark scales (that absorbed blood of his enemies)
Starscream - Boy, I hate him so much đ€ŁâŠ but in the good way, trust me! In my opinion, when the show's creators make you feel such strong negative emotions towards a villain, it means they've done a great job. Also, I think that his animation in the show was absolutely incredible, because even though he's a 3D model, he still manages to move like a 2D character, which is amazing!
I feel that in my design he still looks more like a skywing, than an icewing (which is kinda logical)
Soundwave - This one was tricky. I couldn't figure out what his mask would look like, so I just made his face a really dark color. I think Soundwave has both gifts of the nightwings, and heâs equally great at telepathy and a future vision. So he doesn't really need equipment to predict enemy movements, which makes him an ideal communicator in the WOF setting. His Laserbeak is part of the armor enchanted by Shockwave, and it might also allow him to open portals (but I'm not sure with this one)
Shockwave - My favourite evil genius. He would definitely have animus magic and mind reading. I think Shockwave is the only one who has advanced the study of magic so far, precisely because he combined it with scientific knowledge and created safer methods of using it, that don't damage the mind. It's like if a Mastermind got animus magic in books.
I also like to think that he didn't heal the damaged part of his face just so that his enemies would fear him more)
Dreadwing - This man deserved better! It's really a shame that he was removed from the show so quickly due to financial problems. It would be great if his arc got a proper conclusion in season 3.
Considering that I didn't want to make him a hybrid, it was difficult to choose a suitable color palette. So letâs just say, that I tried my bestđ
I donât think that he would have any nightwing powers, but honestly it doesnât even matter - this guy can make a bombs, what else does he need to be cool
Arachnid - Did anyone even doubt that she would be a hivewing? Damn, she even got her own âOthermindâ virus. Her design was the easiest to work with - just a little poisonous ass (suspiciously similar to Maleficent).
Just like Starscream, I hate her, but in a good way. She's one of the creepiest characters in the entire series, whoâs acting like a fucking heartless monster, especially with Arcee, but even so, there's always was something mesmerizing about her. I just really like strong female villains
Knockout - Wery bright and charismatic guy, definitely one of my fav cons!
I tried to draw him as handsome as possible. Worked a lot on the face shape and coloring, and as for me it turned out pretty nice (finally).
Most decepticons think Knockout is as stupid and lazy as all the other rainwings. And it's not like he completely disagrees with that. Of course heâs not stupid and lazy, but if itâs means less dirty work on the battlefield, well, heâll continue act like a tipical rainwing
(I also believe that Megatron keeps him as an âartâ)
Breakdown - Fun fact: "Operation Breakdown" was the very first thing I saw in this series. And it was an interesting experience for 8 year old me. Maybe that's why I'm so scared of eye gouging scenes in movies nowâŠ
I think that he didn't have any siblings initially due to his parents nature, and even after meeting Bulkhead, he felt uncomfortable among the other mudwings. And this is why he later chose the side of the decepticons. And maaaaybe because of one cute rainwing influence)
P.s.
I think that, being mostly nightwings and icewings, the decepticons are much more concerned about purity of their blood and rarely accept half-breeds into their ranks.
During the war, there were many animus dragons among decepticons, which is why they have so many artifacts that allowed teleportation and communication at a distance. But, honestly, I still can't imagine what Nemesis would look like in this AU
