The way I’ve designed it, it’s basically like a ‘90s fan club meets message board with monthly support! When you join the club, you become my patron and support my art making for a price of your choosing each month (as little as $1 yeah!!), and I will send you exclusive, original content straight to your inbox, as well as physical rewards. Rewards will range from everything from my Recording Diary (for your eyes only!) featuring works in progress (lyric scribbles, drafts in the RAW) to behind-the-scenes footage of my band creating the album in the studio, as well as exclusive previews of the songs, music videos, access to guest list spots at my shows, and other goodies even before they’re released or sent to blogs. It all depends on which patrons category you choose!

It was such a beautiful month Guest Teaching at Yoga Blend! One of the most amazing surprises of the summer was transitioning out of my 2x a week PUNK ROCK + HANGOVER classes and deciding to experiment… I got to teach more private clients, host custom workshops by request, and service the wonderful Yoga Blend community in sunny Burbank. Now that summer’s almost over, I’m stoked to announce that I’m BACK IN L.A. PROPER at my beautiful GODDEX Home Studio, and currently taking appointments for private students on Mondays and Fridays in September!

During our one-on-one #PUNKROCKYOGA, we go DEEP. We talk about morning rituals and build a practice that will help you get clear on slow and steady steps to enhance your artmaking, career, visualizations, as well as strengthening your relationship to the spiritual and the ever-changing. You’ll move yr body gently to Blondie, Moby, & our Master, Bowie. You’ll stretch, you’ll smile, you’ll push yourself in a way that feels right to YOU! We can mix-and-match from approaches ranging from crystal meditations, essential oil treatments, sound healing, rituals, and guided goals. And the best part? An extended savasana relaxation afterward, where I’ll lead you in a mediation sure to make you feel like you’re jamming out on clouds. On your way out, you can say hi to our Teen Rager, doggie Goddess Pup LeeLoo.

GODDEX Home Studio in Lincoln Heights is an open air loft with sage swirling around my speaker system and singing bowls, an austere yet soothing environment to bliss out on Hole and Shirley Manson while we work on your goals.

THINGS I'VE LEARNED THIS BDAY YEAR:

- I love being a solo artist

- I adore my kiwi A cups as much as my Kim K booty

- I've been so inspired by jamming for jamming's sake with the awesome musicians in this gorgeous city of L.A.

- I get personally offended when people talk about diets, especially when the subject is about a woman. RIOTS NOT DIETS BABY

- People are personally offended by a woman who takes up space, whether it's by weight gain, displaying her body how she wants, talking too loud or howling at the moon. I say KEEP YELLING

- I treasure my female friendships beyond imagination...they allow me to have the worst day of my life while showing up at the supermarket or band practice with an eyebrow or a boob covered in glitter, they empower me to make the best art of my life while I watch them thrive or survive beyond all of our wildest dreams
