Shout out to the selfshippers/Yumeshippers who struggled with mental health.
To the ones who struggled to talk about their problems.
To the ones who have to deal with no medication but prefer to have them.
To the ones who struggled to get up everyday to do something.
To the ones who feel like no one is listening to you or understand you.
To the ones who are being treated differently because it.
To the ones who have to deal with people who don't take them seriously.
To the ones who feel ashamed about it.
To the ones who have to deal with negative thoughts.
To the ones who have dreams and goals but fear they might not achieve them.
To the ones who want to be alone without getting judged.
And to the ones who are going through it for any personal reasons. Family, friends, etc.
You are valid and you are listened to. this can go for anyone with mental health problems, the things we have to go through are difficult and hard and I know we feel like giving up, So do I.
But please, don't knock yourself down to the ground. It's hard to get people to understand us or to understand what we are going through, it's frustrating.
I can vision that your F/O is seeing what you are going through and they are worry about you.
They want you to be better.
They want you to be happy.
They want you to be honest.
They want you to love yourself.
They want you to be kind to yourself.
They want you to be open so anyone can try to help you.
What I'm trying to say is, that you aren't alone in this and we are all struggling for our own personal reasons but know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and your F/O will be holding your hand.
Please, if you are going through anything. Talk to someone who you can trust, who can understand you and help you. Friends, family or anyone that you need. Your F/O wants the best for you.
