It has unfortunately just occurred to me that with the heavy tape on one knee and lack of minutes for England in the break Jess Carter may also not be 90 minutes fit.

Here’s my unscientific attempt at a lineup for tomorrow’s game (it’s 5am for me).

Sub Guro for Dre at some point if she’s up to it. Either Savannah will have to come in for Tierna or Jaelin goes back there and Sav plays DM. Rose has her shooting boots on now but will probably be needed to help defend. Jordynn is probably best suited to the 9 so I have Esther at the 10 to keep her central and I think she’s played there before? Sarah and Jaedyn on the wings.

I’m sure we’ll get Savannah starting in the midfield and Sarah on the bench though.

I also want to see Khyah and Sofia come into this game and then start against Chicago, while I’m making a wishlist. Or maybe start Sofia in the midfield with Esther at the 9 and sub Jordynn in for her in the second half?
