No more dredge, no more shift to the positive, no more release. No more diets, weighing, gauging, monitoring, record keeping. No more should have, could have, shouldn’t have, need tos. No more clearing, grounding, shielding, releasing. No more toning, fluffing, trimming, smoothing, fixing. No more shame, blame, guilt, judgement. No more getting in touch with it and working it out. No more worrying, forgiving, understanding, or getting a grip of. No more today. Today I am. The end.

You owe it to yourself to be yourself.

You be you. You deserve as much. Don’t be anyone else’s idea of you, and don’t cut your own dreams down until you fit into some box you’ve created for yourself. You have a limited amount of time in this glorious vessel you’ve been given. Whatever your frailties, your limitations, your challenges, your fears, drop the worry into a deep well. Throw your ideas of limits over a cliff. What do you want to be? Who are you? Love any part of you that comes to mind. Love all of you!

Be as different as you want to be. If you want to walk around wearing palm trees on your sunglasses, then go for it. You’d be in good company.
