Stiles has been alone for two weeks since he’d found his father dead for having helped supernaturals stay in hiding. And now Stiles is going to die. Because there’s a crying werechild of some kind in his arms and he’s hiding in the bushes by the road and she is not quieting down, and he can hear someone coming through the dry leaves. Someone running toward them. Feet hitting the ground, heavy breathing. Stiles holds the girl tighter, eyes fixed in the direction of the sounds, frozen with fear, even as he desperately wants to close them and pretend he’s not there.
(Supernaturals are known. They have to get registered and wear a mark of species, they are treated as exotic pets and are sold through an illegal – but unprosecuted – trafficking network. It’s your choice if Derek’s been found out as a super already or not. 😊 Can be fem!Derek, fem!Stiles or both - or neither!
