The way we see Hanzo in 3 endings and he looks different in each one (in terms of size and details) tells me they actually hadn't decided on his age yet. He doesn't look consistent in Smoke's ending either. He looks bigger when Tomas catches him first than in the final scene.

Yeah I don't think they are fully settled on his design! (It can also be the artist failing to reproduce their own art, which honestly... I relate🤡)

He might not even be that young and Tomas just views him as such cause he's older and had zero to no interactions with children whatsoever and couldn't actually tell a child, a teenager and a young adult apart to save his life💀

And as a person who has the exact same face since I was 15 (I'm 23 now) I can tell from experience that looks and size can be quite deceiving🥲
