LEGIT BOOK READS ON DISSOCIATIVE IDENTITY DISORDER FOR MY WHO'S LILAERS?!?!

I read both of these books (first is a graphic novel, second is a regular book) both are written by women with DID who also have fragments/alters that are guys. I truly cannot recommend these enough of the themes of dissociation and parts connect to you on your playthough of who's lila?

The first one is written by a trans woman, and how her interaction with transness + therapy shaped her. The 2nd one is written by a hispanic woman, and how her sexual abuse as a child shaped her. Both obviously cover severe abuse, but are done in a very humanistic, true to their lives sort of way. Deeply healing to read though and I can't advocate for them enough.
