what does this mean?

it is a reference to a apongebob image that declared itself the end of the “who up click like” meme. i took the font out and superimposed it over a screenshot of tara grimface from lost kingdoms 2 the 2003 video game for the nintendo gamecube. through the gamecube/wii emulator dolphin, i also edited her model textures to remove the poncho/capelet she usually wears. i googled lens flare generator and found an online image editing tool to add a lens flare on top. lastly, the whole image is inspired by a tweet my friend erika made on twitter referencing the spongebob image and the anime “liz and the blue bird” because the titular character liz shares her name with tara, but only in the japanese version of lost kingdoms 2. hope that helps
