You may want to change the date of your work to be today's date. That way it will be on the first page for the fandom - otherwise people looking at the fandom page might not see it if they've gone as far back as the date they last checked. To change the date, click on the Edit button. Halfway down the page will be an option to 'Set a different publication date'. Select the box and then change the date. It will let you change it to any date in the present or past, but not in the future.

If you have signed up you should have received an email with your assignment. If you haven't, then you can go to the collection and click on the "My Assignments" button. Or you can go to your AO3 account page, click on My Assignments, then go to Doctor Who and Related Fandoms Festivities Exchange 2025, which will be at the bottom above any pinch hits you've taken.
You can write/draw anything that your recipient requested, whether you offered it or not. You only need to write one character/relationship in the fandom they requested (but can include more if you want). If you find your assignment has nothing you offered it means something has gone wrong somewhere. Email me at [email protected] and I will fix it.

It's a good idea to check your offers against the requests and make sure there's at least one person you can write for. If there isn't anyone you can write for when sign ups close you'll need to update your offers or delete your sign up.

Just a reminder that sign ups are still open. But due to AO3 being down for about 20 hours on Friday, you mostly just have today and Saturday to get your sign up in.
