Where do you live? I have the same problem, no pokemon spawning. I even drove a few km to the sea to look for water pokemon but nothing :(

so sad :( I’m from brasil and I’ll probably try driving for a bit too. Maybe its because it has only been officially released in Australia i think, even though I heard people saying that they found other pokemons only by walking a little

Yeah it seems like it's working fine in other areas. I live on an island in finland. Maybe certain areas have these issues? I'm just waiting for the app to be official here so i can send in a bug report..
