Today's Reading: Unlocking Yourself Spread Coming to the end of a long three year degree at university I know who I was when I started and who I am now are completely different people. So it felt fitting in my final two weeks of university to do this spread, that looks at who are you and how to unlock the best attributes you offer. After pulling the cards I have it feel very accurate and confirmed much of what I already knew to be true about myself. 1. What Makes Your Unique? The High Priestess Part of which makes me unique and still so today has always been my ability to provide guidance, from giving advice to friends and family to supporting those who need it I always strive to use my knowledge and understanding of the world to assist others. The high priestess reflects the link to the subconscious and calls of me to listen to my intuition. My strength lies in being able to listen and understand that voice in guiding me on my own path. It reflects my strong ability to trust my instincts and gut feelings. 2. How To Unlock Magical Powers? Justice The root of my gift is truth. My honesty and strong sense of justice has always sat at the core of who I am and what I value. Pulling it as the source of unlocking my magical potential makes sense to me as it is at the core of my values. My abilities as a witch and reader are drawn from. the balance of logic and the unknown; it's power is derived from deep within my subconscious being. 3. How To Unlock Creativity? Two of Swords The blinded falcon represents my inability to make a decision and the need for courage to overcome this. My compassion lies where the truth of the world is lay bare and I can see clearly to offer the appropriate assistance. 5. How To Unlock Prosperity? The Hierophant (Reversed) The Hierophant represents learning and values the importance of traditions. It asks you to seek higher learning to unlock and recover the missing elements of your being. Reversed it suggest that this may be time to stray away from the traditional, that the secret to prosperity may lie beyond the traditional study of the last three years. Look towards the unusual learning experiences for growth and development that with aid formal education. 6. How To Unlock Peace of Mind? Queen of Swords The Queen of Swords is the most intelligent and worldly of the queens. The key to achieve peace of mind lies in her ability to think clearly and not let her judgements be clouded by emotion or sentimentality. She's asks for me to think through the challenges and strategically solve my problems, only then will I find the clarity and calm I am looking for. 7. When Are You The Happiest? Two of Pentacles This card represents the ability to combine balance with flexibility. It highlights that I am happiest when I am engaged in multiple endeavours to ward of boredom. It shows that I am my best self when I am busy doing the things that I love and that although it is a lot and I work hard it is an enjoyable pursuit that fills a deep need within to pursue those ever changing and engaging projects. 8. Your Hidden Potential? Seven of Pentacles This card represents the slow burn, the laying of foundations for future success. It reveals that my potential lies in my dedication and hard work that others do not always see. It asks me to continue working hard towards my goals, both career and personal, as it offers long term success and happiness, which others will soon see in the fruits of my rewards. This week is my final week of classes of my university degree. A little stressful but exciting to finally get here after three years of study. So I thought I'd do a quick outlook spread. 1. This weeks outlook. 2. My strengths this week. 3. My weaknesses this week. 1. The Week Ahead: ⚡️King of Swords ⚡️the king reminds me that this week is one to make use of my intellect and organisation skills to succeed. This week will hold good outcomes if I remember to use my head and think before I act, but not to be afraid of speaking my truth when necessary. Considering the intense week ahead of assessment items due I am going to need to be switched on. 2. My Strengths: ⚡️Justice ⚡️ Balance is keen to surviving this week. There's a fine line between focus and loosing sight of the end goal. When it comes to making decisions this week I must trust my gut instincts as well as reason to get the best outcome. 3. My Weakness: ⚡️Knight of Pentacles ⚡️ this card reminds me that I will need to work on my patience this week (something I haven't had a lot of recently) in order to reap the rewards of my hard work. The other is more recent, the #linestridertarot by @siolothompson gifted to me by my sister on my 21st birthday after I myself had a tarot reading in #Brisbane at @ecclectica 🔮 the later is now my most used due to my instantly deep attraction to the deck when I first saw them.
