Her gaze was steely and intent, keeping focused on the blonde across from her. She maintained a rather solemn expression for several moments, before what little humor she found in the situation brought the slightest curve to the corner of her plump mouth.  “It’s the patch, right? It’s  a l w a y s  the patch. You’d think I’d have a fucking complex by now.” But she didn’t. “OBVIOUSLY, I don’t have an eye under there. Any other questions?”

              ROSE  PIGMENT  quickly  flooded  fair  skin,     the  shame  which  rose  within  was  apparent  ‘pon  dainty  features.    ❝    I’m  sorry,    ❞    she  repeated  PITIFULLY.    ❝    I  don’t  mean  to  stare....    ❞     Janet  murmured.    ❝    I-I  just  haven’t  MET  ANYONE  that,    uh                    y’know...    ❞    Hands  were  RESTLESS  as  she  spoke,    anxiety  refused  to  allow  her  to  remain  still.
