“This was a bad idea. To be honest, that was probably one of the worst ideas she’d had in a while, but all this anger and hatred she kept bottled up inside weren’t doing her any good. So the thought of distracting herself was the only thing pushing Darlene further to the frat house. Mindlessly taking one step after the other, she thought about all of the things she could’ve been doing instead of seeking help in others — like, drinking her brain into oblivion with a friend or busying herself with assignments or, an even better one, binge watching the sappiest comedies she could find. Yet, none of those options probably seemed good enough, since she was there, standing in front of the door to Tate’s room with her hand midway in the air. “The rescue team’s here,” she yelled, pushing the door only to find it open.”
Tate sat at his desk contemplating the best way to get this strenuous economics homework done. Of course, the best way for him to do it was to invite one of the most beautiful girls on campus over to come help him get through this dry homework. He opened up his book to the right page and glanced at the clock, wondering when his super girl would arrive to come save the day and his homework situation. When he heard the attractive brunette outside of his room, he smirked, knowing that she would open the door. When she entered, “Ah, finally. Took you long enough, but it was worth the wait” Tate grinned as he stood up and offered his chair up to her, “Your throne, super girl” he offered as he pulled up another chair to his desk.
