“Well, that’s never a good sign.” Beth muttered, although she did lower the gun. “Good to know. Who are you anyway?” She definitely wasn’t human, that much was for sure. Not that that helped much.

ava knew she was seeing something that she wasn’t supposed to see when she watched the animal transform into a human in front of her eyes. it was impossible. but yet here it was. she stayed behind the corner and watch, her eyes wide with fear and curiosity.

Apparently she hadn’t been as thorough as she thought. Despite her efforts, she heard a small noise. Beth couldn’t help but sigh. “I know you’re there. You can come out. I won’t hurt you unless you’re a threat.” And by the sounds you’re making, you don’t seem to be.
