âHe has permission⊠I gave up keeping secrets from himâŠâ Her brothers always found out one way or the other. It wasnât worth it hiding it anymore. Except for the fear⊠she refused to let them know that she was still struggling. It wasnât important. She shook her head, âNo, I havenât⊠I actually hadnât planned on seeing oneâŠâ She was too stubborn for her own good, determined to will herself all better. She looked at the picture and then glanced up at Tate, taking note how much alike they looked. âHeâs beautiful, reallyâŠâ She almost frowned. She didnât remember Greta being that far along when they had fought. How much time had she really missed?Â
âI guess thatâs probably for the best. I know how stubborn you can be.â Tatum chuckled softly. âAnd how protective you say your brothers are.â He gave her a look when she said she wasnât planning on seeing a therapist.  âWait, really?â He tried not to judge but he was pretty sure that anyone that had been through anything like she had, should probably be in therapy. Hell, he was pretty sure everyone in Baberton should be. âWell, how about you take my friend Vanessaâs number and then youâll have it in case you change your mind?â He offered. He smiled down at the photo when she said he was beautiful. âHe is. Itâs disgusting how much I like his little fingers and toes.â He chuckled softly.  âBut thank you.â
